A Lao-first job board for full-time hiring and one-time gigs, with a jobs map, public CVs and a prepaid employer wallet that earns revenue from every job.
The challenge
Employers in Laos needed one place to hire both full-time staff and freelancers, and the platform owner needed a sustainable way to earn from it.
What we built
- Two job types side by side: company hiring and one-time gigs with a flat budget.
- Jobs board and jobs map so workers find work near them.
- Online applications and public CVs that employers can search.
- Revenue built in: post fees, hire commission, featured listings and CV unlocks.
- Prepaid employer wallet with payment-slip top-ups, pricing and promotions.
- Secure file handling for CVs and photos, in Lao and English.
The result
A complete, monetised marketplace that the owner can run and grow without custom development for every new pricing idea.
