Smart Clinic — Clinic & Pharmacy Management
Patients, appointments, the OPD queue, prescriptions, billing, pharmacy and in-patient wards in one bilingual system built for clinics in Lao PDR.
The challenge
Clinics needed to move patients smoothly from reception to doctor to cashier to pharmacy, while keeping medical history, medicine stock and bills accurate.
What we built
- Patient records with HN numbers, allergies, chronic conditions and full visit history.
- Appointments and OPD queue per doctor, with vital signs, consultation notes and diagnoses.
- Prescriptions with dosage, stock on hand and printed A5 prescriptions and medicine labels.
- Billing with split payments: cash, BCEL / LDB QR, card or on account.
- Pharmacy with batches, expiry dates and barcode counter sales.
- In-patient wards: bed board, admissions, nursing notes, room charges and discharge.
- Smart Link: works together with the business's other Smart apps (spa, gym, hotel, clinic, school, POS, gold, optic) for shared customers, charging a bill to a hotel room and combined sales.
