HR, GPS and kiosk time attendance, leave, overtime, rosters and Lao payroll (social security and income tax) for businesses with one or many branches.
The challenge
Businesses with staff across several branches struggled to track attendance fairly and to calculate payroll correctly under Lao social security and income tax rules.
What we built
- GPS clock-in with geofencing, plus a QR kiosk with codes that expire after 60 seconds.
- Offline punches that sync automatically when the phone is back online.
- Shifts and rosters with late, early-leave and overtime rules, and an exception inbox.
- Leave and overtime requests with manager approval.
- Lao payroll: social security, progressive income tax and salaries in LAK, USD or THB.
- Role-based access for HR, line managers and employees, in Lao and English.
- Smart Link: hours worked in the Smart spa, gym and other apps flow into attendance, and therapist and trainer commission flows into payroll.
The result
HR teams spend less time on spreadsheets, employees clock in from their phones, and payroll follows the rules with every rate adjustable in settings.
