Smart Gym — Gym & Fitness Centre Management
Members and member cards, memberships and renewals, desk check-in, class bookings, personal training and trainer commission for gyms and fitness centres.
The challenge
Gyms needed to know at the door whether a member is paid up, remind members before their plan runs out, and keep classes and personal training organised.
What we built
- Members with printed member cards scanned at the desk, health notes and emergency contacts.
- Memberships by days or visits, freezing, and renewals that start the day after the current plan ends.
- Desk check-in that says at once whether the member is paid, expired, frozen or used up.
- Class timetable with bookings and places per class.
- Personal training packages, sessions per trainer and trainer commission.
- Renewals due list with WhatsApp reminders, and a shop counter for drinks and supplements.
- Smart Link: works together with the business's other Smart apps (spa, gym, hotel, clinic, school, POS, gold, optic) for shared customers, charging a bill to a hotel room and combined sales.
