The challenge

Spas and massage shops were booking therapists and beds on paper, losing track of prepaid packages and working out commission by hand at the end of the month.

What we built

• Bookings per therapist and bed, with no double booking and WhatsApp reminders.
• Rooms and beds board: free, in use, cleaning and repair at a glance.
• Sessions from check-in or walk-in, with a therapist for each service and one bill sent to the cashier.
• Packages of several visits with an expiry date, used visit by visit.
• Therapist commission calculated on every service, including package visits.
• Retail products sold at the counter and taken from stock when paid.
• Smart Link: works together with the business's other Smart apps (spa, gym, hotel, clinic, school, POS, gold, optic) for shared customers, charging a bill to a hotel room and combined sales.
