Sales at the day's gold price, buy-back and trade-in, pawn loans, custom orders and repairs, with a public price website and a live TV price board for the shop floor.
The challenge
Gold shops change their prices every day and handle sales, buy-backs, pawn loans and custom work, often tracked in notebooks. A wrong price or a lost pawn ticket costs real money.
What we built
- Daily gold prices for 96.5% and 99.99%; sales screens refuse yesterday's price.
- Piece-level stock with weight in baht and grams, purity, workmanship fee and barcode tags.
- Buy-back and trade-in with ID check and printed slips.
- Pawn loans: interest, renewals, redemption, forfeits and WhatsApp reminders.
- Custom orders and repairs with deposits and a message when the piece is ready.
- Public website and TV price board that update within 30 seconds of a price change.
- Smart Link: works together with the business's other Smart apps (spa, gym, hotel, clinic, school, POS, gold, optic) for shared customers, charging a bill to a hotel room and combined sales.
