The challenge
Service and resale companies were tracking repair jobs, quotations, invoices and warranties in separate spreadsheets, and lost track of who owed what.
What we built
- Service tickets from intake to completion, with warranty tracking.
- Quotations, invoices and payments, with multiple currencies and bank accounts.
- Products, stock, suppliers and purchase orders.
- Company payments and reports, including aging reports and financial position.
- Configurable roles and menu access per user class, fully bilingual in Lao and English.
- Built-in user guide and a "What's new" log that updates with every release.
The result
Smart Jobs is installed at several customer businesses, each on its own server, with licensing and updates delivered remotely by Brewbyte Tech.
