Smart Stay — Hotel & Rental Management
Front desk, housekeeping, long-term rentals and the restaurant POS in one system for hotels, guesthouses and rental buildings, with guest documents in Lao, English, Chinese and Thai.
The challenge
Hotels and guesthouses needed one place to manage rooms, guests, monthly tenants and the restaurant, while serving guests who speak different languages and pay in different currencies.
What we built
- 14-day room calendar with bookings, walk-ins, check-in / check-out and no double booking.
- Rates in kip, USD, THB or CNY, converted at the day's exchange rate.
- Guest folio with extras, restaurant bills and deposits, printed in the guest's language.
- Housekeeping board: ready, occupied, dirty, cleaning and out of service.
- Rental leases with deposits, water and electricity meter readings, prorated invoices and overdue reminders.
- WhatsApp booking confirmations, thank-you messages and rent reminders.
- Smart Link: works together with the business's other Smart apps (spa, gym, hotel, clinic, school, POS, gold, optic) for shared customers, charging a bill to a hotel room and combined sales.
